Why Go Sigma?

Tri-sigma was founded by eight women that wanted to promote strong womanly character, high standard of conduct, and insure perpetual bond of friendship.  The Omicron Chapter at Eastern Michigan University prides itself on the high morals and the bond of sisterhood displayed through each others hearts and outreach.  " To give much, Is to receive much"  Sigma encourages the growth of the unique talents and characteristics in each of our women and believes firmly that our strong sisterhood will enhance the college experience.  Our chapter promotes growth and learning that helps lead women to a strong and enriched life.
